Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TNL Global Services LLC (operating as "TNL Platforms"), the company that operates Wakasite ("Wakasite", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Last updated: 29 June 2026.
1. Who we are
Wakasite is a product of TNL Global Services LLC (operating as "TNL Platforms"; "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its mailing address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These Terms are between you (the "Operator") and TNL Global Services LLC.
2. The service
Wakasite provides software for travel operators to sell trips, take bookings and payments, and manage customers. We provide the platform; you are responsible for the trips, content, pricing and customer service you offer through it.
3. Your account & trial
You start on a 14-day free trial, after which a subscription applies for the plan you choose. You are responsible for your account, your team’s access, the accuracy of your information, and keeping your login secure.
4. Fees & payments
We charge a monthly subscription for the platform and a 1.5% platform fee on package sales. Your customers’ payments are processed by our payment partners: Paystack for Nigerian Naira (a non-custodial split: your share settles directly to your connected bank account and the 1.5% is taken at the point of sale) and Stripe for international card payments where available. We never hold your customers’ funds.
5. Your content & customers
You own your content, your storefront and your customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate your store. You are the data controller for your customers; we act as your data processor (see our Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
You must sell only lawful travel products, represent them honestly, honour your bookings, and not use the Service for fraud, spam, infringement or anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
7. Availability, warranties & liability
We work hard to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNL Global Services LLC is not liable for your business decisions, your suppliers, or losses beyond our reasonable control, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Term, cancellation & refunds
You can cancel any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of your current billing period and can export your data. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may terminate or suspend the Service for breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
