This Privacy Policy explains how TNL Global Services LLC (operating as "TNL Platforms"), operator of Wakasite, handles personal data, both operators’ and (as a processor) their customers’. Last updated: 29 June 2026.
1. Who we are
Wakasite is operated by TNL Global Services LLC (operating as "TNL Platforms"; "we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For operator account data we are the data controller; for your customers’ data we act as your processor (you are the controller).
2. Operator data
When you sign up we collect your name, business details, email, phone and payout information so we can run your account, bill you, and settle your sales. Payout/bank details are used solely to configure your payouts with our payment partners.
3. Customer data (we are a processor)
Your customers’ data (names, contact details, traveller information, bookings) belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to operate your store. Sensitive traveller details are encrypted at rest.
4. Payments
Card payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors (Paystack and Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
5. Sharing & sub-processors
We use a small set of sub-processors to run the service (cloud hosting, payments via Paystack and Stripe, email delivery, and object storage). We do not sell personal data.
6. Security & retention
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, tenant isolation so operators can only access their own data, and audit logging. We retain data while your account is active and delete it after closure, subject to legal obligations.
7. International transfers
TNL Global Services LLC is based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards.
8. Your rights
Operators and their customers can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data. Operators can self-serve export and account deletion from their dashboard; for customer requests, contact the operator (the data controller) or us.
